Nutella Creme Brulee


1 quart heavy whipping cream

1 cup sugar

1 vanilla bean

1/2 cup Nutella

1 dozen egg yolks


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Split vanilla bean lengthwise

Place vanilla bean, heavy whipping cream and Nutella in saucepan.  

Scald. Do not burn.

Whisk egg yolks and sugar, bringing to ribbon stage.

Temper in whipping cream mixture then divide into ramekins.

Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 45 minutes.

Caramelize top when baking is complete.
